| doFlick is a growing library of handy, instructional videos about science, engineering and technology. |

| You will
need the latest Adobe Flash player to view the videos. If you do
not have this player installed, you will be prompted to install
this player. If you are unable to view the video, even after the
flash player is installed, please send us an [email] and we will
get back to you immediately. |

doFlick. Why? |
| Other
than watching the video, if you would like to do any additional
activities such as rating the video, commenting on the techniques
used in the video or share the video, etc. you must [signup] with
doFlick. |

| Are the
videos produced by doFlick? |
| No; videos
are not produced by doFlick. Most of these videos are submitted
by the students at the University of Maryland. We strongly encourage
you to submit as many educational videos as possible. |

| Can I
submit any videos on doFlick? |
| Yes,
you can submit any video as long as it has some educational value,
especially in the fields of science, engineering and technology.
We strongly believe that each and everyone of us is an expert at
something or the other, and this is the best platform for you to
share your special skills with others. What more, you may also be
able to monetize your special skills by using the [groups] feature
on doFlick. Please note that you mus [signup] with doFlick before
being able to upload a video. |

| Are the
submitted videos monitored? |
| While
we try our best to monitor the content published on doFlick, it
is not guaranteed that all the submitted content is reviewed and
monitored. We would like keep our knowledge sharing platform open
and interesting for visitors of all age groups, from children to
senior citizens. So, please be responsible and submit only the videos
with valuable educational content. |

| How long
does it take for a video to be published on doFlick? |
| Videos
are generally published within 24-48 hours since the submission.
You will be sent an email once your video is ready to be viewed
or shared with others. |

| Why does
it take so long for me to upload a video to doFlick? |
| Well;
the time it takes to upload a video depends on the speed of your
internet connection and the size of the video file you are trying
to upload. Larger the size of the video, longer it takes to finish
the upload. If you have high speed internet connection with good
upload bandwidth, you should be able to upload a video pretty quickly.
If you are using internet connections with lower bandwidth, it will
take longer to upload your video. We do not have a progress bar yet - please be patient and you will see
a message if the video upload was successful. |

| What are
tags? |
| Tags
are keywords that uniquely describe your video. This could be name
of the equipment used within the experiment being demonstrated or
name of principle being illustrated; you get the idea. You can enter
as many as 5 tags for your video during the upload. These tags are
used to search your video as well. So, be wise and choose special
keywords so that others can easily find your video over others. |

External Links? |
| External
link is a hyperlink to a webpage such as your homepage etc. which
contains more information about the video you are about to upload.
This link is displayed below a video and if a visitor is interested
to know more about the topic covered in the video, he can visit
this external link. |

| What is
a related file? |
| Related
file is a text document that contains more information about the
topic covered in the video. For ex, if the video is about a physics
experiment the related file may contain some reading additional
material about the experiment. |

| I just
signed up; but I'm not able to login. Why? |
| You must
verify your email account before you are able to login with a new
account. Please check the email account your provided during signup
and click on the account activation link sent in an email by noreply@doflick.com.
If you have already verified your account and still facing login
issues, please send us an [email] and we will take care of you right
away. |

| What is
a group? |
| Group
is more like a private folder. Videos within a group can be viewed
only by the members of the group. Only the members of a group can
upload a videos to the group and only the group moderator can determine
which videos get published within a group. For ex, a groups can
be created based on a particular subject and like minded individuals
can join the group and exchange knowledge via videos. Only the group
moderator can decide who can or can't join the group created by
him/her. |

| Can I
create a group? How much does it cost? |
| Yes;
anybody can create a group. During our initial trial period, it
does not cost you anything. We will notify you ahead of time when
the trial period ends. |

| Can I
join any group? Does it cost me any money? |
| Yes;
you can submit a request to join any group. During our initial trial
period, it does not cost you anything. Whether you are permitted
to be part of a group or not is left to the discretion of the group
admin/moderator. |
